Would have been of help if there was an option to fit the ladder to
an opening where the trap door goes up. I had to completely refit
the trap door to fold down.

Very good delivery, product

Very good delivery, product a little flimsy but does the required job.Instructions were again very good with simple stages showing the build.
The initial checking of components could be made more simple by giving the total number of individual items that should be in the pack. A small point but may be worthy considering.

Ladder assembly instructions

Ladder assembly instructions give alternatives for installation height above and below 2705mm. My height requirement was exactly 2705mm, and neither option would provide a safe installation. Solution was to drill additional holes for ladder stop positions, but this was not suggested in the instructions. Other than that, all OK.

Good installation

Good installation instructions but bolts provided for handrail are not the right ones. Also, as ladder sections only lock into place on one side, ladders twist and do not feel as sturdy as they should do.

good product, free delivery only available central belt of Scotland. I do not live in a remote area and consider the delivery charges rather excessive ( 70 miles from Edinburgh )
