Unfortunately the ladder I

Unfortunately the ladder I ordered was faulty and then so was the replacement. So I opted for a refund. The delivery times were very good.
However I was very impressed with the customer service side, to sort out my order, as I was able to telephone and speak to helpful staff.

Excellent product. Quick delivery. Good price as another company couldnt supply in time. The ladder was used immediately to cut tall hedges and trim bushes in the garden. Stable and easy to adjust and fold away.
