This is such an outstanding product that we would like to propose that you produce a ladder of up to 5 metres extendability that was light enough to be used as an "emergency" fire escape.

It could be stored under a bed, extended by the occupant and then pushed out of the window to enable exit via this route. We realize that 'Enf 'n' Soifty' would make it impossible for you to market it as an escape ladder, without CFO approval, but for those of us who still believe that common sense is the preferable solution to most of the nation's/world's problems, it would, we believe, be a big seller!

I would love to respond to this email properly, but as the ladders have been purchased for my husband for his birthday at the end of the month, I haven't opened them to check they are OK. However, delivery was excellent so that is a great start. I am sure they will be fine but at this stage, cannot fairly provide accurate feedback.
