TB Davies Launches New 2009 Professional Access Catalogue

January 2, 2009

Product selection has placed even greater emphasis on site-safe products, with significant enhancements to the Podium/Work Platform range and the Scaffold Tower range, as well as a whole raft of ladder safety accessories.

At TB Davies we take safety very seriously – particularly when it concerns our customers. Continuous consultation with our diverse customer base has revealed they want a greater selection of site-safe products. These are products that are compliant with the latest safety legislation, but at the same time considered in their design and construction so they are intuitive to use and robust enough to stand the daily rigours of site use – which we know can be unforgiving.

Added to that the compounding economic factor, means these products must also be exceptional value. Value is subjective depending on the customers’ circumstances and expectations, but one thing is for sure, regardless of the monetary cost, the cost of keeping the workforce safe should never be overlooked.

A number of health & safety commentators have warned against UK PLC cutting health & safety budgets, as a risky short term solution that will lead to short, medium and long term problems operationally. Or in more black and white terms – scrimping on health & safety could lead to lost productivity, fatalities, court appearances, smeared reputations, hefty fines, business closure and even prison for those responsible!

Because of the increased pressure on equipment budgets, TB Davies have expanded the range of Horizon trade products. The Horizon range is intended for commercial users with the occasional need to work at height. The range includes stepladders, work platforms and hop-ups, ladders, towers and safety accessories. The TB Davies 2009 line-up should cater for all requirements, offering even broader choice.

  • Pinnacle – Extra heavy-duty professional range
  • Summit – Industrial intensive use range
  • Horizon – Trade range for commercial use

Don’t take unnecessary risks…take a look at the new range of site-safe products from TB Davies.
