The Awards celebrate local businesses recognised by the South Wales Chamber of Commerce as playing a fundamental role in driving the Welsh economy forward. TB Davies is a well-established leading ladder supply firm who is highly committed to promoting safe working practices, initiating specialist training and investing in their workforce.
The Welsh Business Awards 2016 announced finalists from thirty-five companies in ten categories. The categories recognise entrepreneurship and the dedication of younger start-up firms all the way up to well-established, experienced companies who have spent many years committed to developing their community and the local economy.
The category of ‘Commitment to Skills and People Development’ celebrates businesses that are dedicated to developing their workforce. TB Davies is extremely proud of their low turnover of staff with an average service of 18 years. The company also boasts commitment to staff as being an integral part of their core business values.
