Safe Working at Height Week is about raising awareness across the industry. Safe Working at Height Week has support from the Association for Project Safety (APS), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), the International Powered Access Federation (IPAF), and the National Access and Scaffolding Confederation (NASC).
An intense week in which all the key issues surrounding safe working at height are on show, including the use of new technologies and innovations to make people safer at work.
Throughout the week, there will be digital events and content on topics such as webinars, articles, technical resources, surveys, social media campaigns, and more. In addition to the webinars, Safe Working at Height Week will publish articles on safe working at height. Topics will include: “The Hazards of Working at Height“, “Working with Heights: Safe Methods & Equipment“, and “The Importance of Training in Safe Working Practices“.
Technical Resources
A range of technical resources on safe working at height is also available. It includes a guide to safe working practices—case studies on successful safety initiatives, and an overview of the regulations governing working at height. These resources will become available on the Safe Working at Height Week website.
