Dolle’s Key Account Manager Leif Kristensen explained, ‘We are working closely with TB Davies to introduce Prova to the UK market following remarkable success right across Europe. Prova is a contemporary design that has been enthusiastically embraced by consumers in what are very traditional markets such as Germany and France that until recently have only had cumbersome wooden systems to choose from.’
Prova was initially introduced on the continent a few years ago and has been such a winner it is now available in most of the major DIY supermarkets including Bauhaus, Castorama and Brico. Kristensen continued, ‘One of the key reasons for the railing systems success is the ease of installation and it requires very little maintenance.’ Prova comes with a 5-year warranty and the makers have designed it for quick DIY installation with minimal components.
TB Davies will officially launch Prova at the Grand Designs Exhibition at the Excel in London this May. It anticipates Prova’s aesthetic stainless steel and aluminium design will be a big hit with visitors to the UK’s top contemporary home show. TB Davies Sales Manager Francis Camilleri said, ‘We chose Grand Designs as one of the most exciting UK shows that should give us great feedback and allow customers to buy the product direct before it goes into retailers. Visitors will be able to see the incredible quality of these unique railings and see how they deliver an unobstructed view they have worked so hard in obtaining.’
Visitors will also see several handrail options, and how the sleek aluminium top or side mounting posts can be customised from a number of options including steel tube, cable, or acrylic glass in-fills.
You can view the new contemporary Prova railing and balustrade range at Grand Designs Live at the Excel in London between 5th – 13th May 2012. Retailers will also be able to see packaging and point of sale options available.
