Register Your Warranty Within 30 Days of Purchase
To be eligible for warranty cover, your product must be registered within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Warranty registration is required and helps us verify your purchase quickly and efficiently should you ever need to make a claim.
To register, you will need your proof of purchase and basic product details.
Products that are not registered within this timeframe may not be covered under warranty.
All TB Davies products are tested to withstand normal wear and tear, but are not indestructible and can be damaged by misuse. Our warranty will not cover wear and tear, misuse and/or abusive treatment. But we do ensure a timely resolution at a fair price. Misuse may include, but is not limited to, damage by vehicles, tools, people, animals, falling objects, acts of God, and using the product in any matter contrary to the warning/instruction labels or for an application it was clearly not intended.
Before you send your product back for warranty review, please call us on 029 2132 0000 to obtain a Return Authorisation Number or RAN from our Customer Service Department. Return your product prepaid, insured, and well packaged. Include your name, address, phone number, proof of purchase, and a brief description of the problem. The address to return the product is

This shall be in lieu of any other warranty, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The liability of TB Davies.com under this warranty shall be limited solely to repair or replacement of the ladder within the warranty period; and TB Davies.com. shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to, personal injury or labour costs. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights. Manufacturing specifications are subject to change without notice.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
We aim to make the warranty process as simple and straightforward as possible. Please follow the steps below to ensure your claim is handled quickly and efficiently.
Step 1: Register Your Product
Warranty registration is mandatory.
To be eligible for warranty cover, your product must be registered within 30 days of the original purchase date. Products not registered within this timeframe may not be covered under warranty.
To register your product:
- Complete the online warranty registration form within 30 days of purchase
- Have your proof of purchase and product details ready
- Ensure all information is accurate to avoid delays with future claims
Registering your product allows us to quickly verify your warranty and helps us process any claims as efficiently as possible.
Step 2: Contact TB Davies Warranty Support
If you believe your product has developed a fault covered by our warranty:
- Contact our support team before returning the product
- Provide your warranty registration details, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue
- Our team will assess the information and advise next steps
If your claim is approved, we will issue a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Returns sent without a RAN may be delayed or rejected.

We aim to respond to warranty enquiries within 2–3 working days.
Step 3: Prepare and Return the Product
Once you receive your Return Authorisation Number:
- Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package
- Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent transit damage
- Include a copy of your proof of purchase and a brief fault description
- Return the product using a prepaid and insured delivery service
TB Davies cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.
Step 4: Inspection and Assessment
Once your product is received:
- Our technical team will inspect the item to confirm whether the fault is covered under warranty
- This assessment typically takes 5–7 working days, depending on the product and issue
If the issue is covered, we will:
- Repair the product or
- Replace it with the same or equivalent item (at our discretion)
If the fault is not covered, we will contact you to discuss available options.
Step 5: Resolution and Return
- Repaired or replacement items will be dispatched back to you once complete
- You will be notified when your product is ready for return
Where possible, we aim to complete warranty claims within 10–15 working days from receipt.

Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised modifications
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
