The holiday season is approaching, and everyone at TB Davies would like to thank you for your continued support this year. To help you plan ahead and ensure your Christmas deliveries arrive on time, please note the following important information.
1. Order Deadlines
We know how important it is to receive orders in good time for the festive period.
To guarantee delivery before Christmas, all orders must be placed by 22 December.
- Orders placed before 3:00 pm on 22 December will be delivered on 23 December.
- Orders placed after 3:00 pm on 22 December will be delivered from 2 January onwards.
Please also note that our final despatch date is 22 December. Orders placed after the deadline above will be processed for delivery once operations resume in the new year.
2. Shipping Options
We appreciate that delivery requirements can vary at this time of year.
- Our standard service during the holiday period will be Next Working Day Delivery Mainland UK* (not guaranteed), to ensure orders arrive as quickly as possible.
- If you require an urgent delivery or have specific delivery needs, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our team, who will be happy to advise on the best solution.
3. Delivery Tracking
To help you stay informed, all deliveries will be fully trackable.
- Tracking numbers will be issued via EDI, enabling real-time monitoring of your parcels.
- If you are not EDI-compatible or need assistance with tracking, please contact our team and we will be pleased to help.
4. Customer Support and Holiday Closure
Please note that our office and customer support team will close for the Christmas break on Tuesday, 23 December at 4:30 pm.
We will reopen on 2 January at 8:30 am, and the team will be available as normal to support you with any enquiries.
