If the item you are purchasing is ‘In Stock’ and we receive your order before 3:00PM, Monday – Friday, we will despatch it the same day, on a Next Working Day Service. See below for available delivery upgrade options.
Normally our carrier partner makes deliveries between 08:30AM and 6PM. For items that are made to order or out of stock, please see the Availability box for estimated delivery times on these products. Express delivery services are not available for items that are made to order, not available from stock or to remote destinations*.

Please note that every effort is made by us and our carrier to deliver your order within the specified time, however the very nature of the product dictates that we cannot always guarantee the delivery date. In the unlikely event we cannot deliver your order within the specified time, we will endeavour to contact you in order to advise you of the situation and take instructions as to how you would prefer us to proceed.
