TB Davies is proud to unveil its most luxurious loft ladder model to date with the debut of the beautifully crafted LuxFold under its Laddaway brand.
Instantly becoming the most comfortable model to compliment the hugely popular EnviroFold, the new LuxFold improves the already impressive energy efficiency credential of its sister product.
Naturally, the LuxFold Timber Loft Ladders boast not only tremendous thermal efficiency, but also easy operation and remarkable flexibility. Among the ladders key features is a new, 56mm insulated trap door that is rebated into the frame with an extra tight air seal for greater performance to meet the demands of the EN 12207 air-seal standard.
The exclusive nature of the new model is obvious to the craftsmen thanks to the distinctive dovetail joints on the treads that are all carefully grooved to provide an anti-slip finish. Meanwhile, the ladder uses the highest quality pine and ash treads all sourced from sustainable Scandinavian forests.
Further distinctive detailing which underlines the LuxFold includes a pre-finished, white-faced, trap door both inside and out that is used in conjunction with a specially developed counter balanced closing system for smooth fingertip operation.
Decorative pine architrave is supplied with the kit to provide that extra finish along with an opening rod and feet as standard. The main ladder comes ready for suitable staining or varnishing.
