TB Davies (Cardiff) Ltd, Cardiff based Ladder Specialists has been awarded silver accreditation against the Investors in People Standard, demonstrating their commitment to high performance through good people management.
Established in 1945, TB Davies is an award winning, 4th generation, Welsh SME based in Cardiff Bay. TB Davies’ vision is to reduce the number of people who are seriously injured working at height to zero, by continually developing their ladder and scaffold products so that safety is built.
