As we head to the end of 2022, I want to thank our customers and suppliers for your support over the last year and for helping shape our business and continued growth. As we celebrate our 77th year, it still amazes me that we continue to learn and make new friends despite these challenging times.
This year proved further that availability, not compromising quality and care for the environment have been vital to our customers. We are delighted with the great feedback received this year, but we also need your help. You can access a short survey here to share your views of what we’ve done so far and tell us what more you want us to do.
Behind the scenes, our staff work intensely with our many partners so that TB Davies can become better this year than we were the last. As a fourth-generation family business, we maintain solid values. To help the team manage the challenges of the current economic climate, we have provided practical support and offer my heartfelt thanks and appreciation for their continued dedication and hard work.
We are planning for an exceptional 2023 with a new range of ladder solutions we will tell you about over the coming months. In preview, these will include new fibreglass products for the electrical trades and additions to our stepladder and combi ranges.
And finally, what would Christmas be without Christmas presents? We want to share two gifts with you which we hope you will enjoy: –
- The first is a video of this year’s safety briefings hosted by our good friends over the pond at Little Giant Ladder Systems and presented at this year’s Ladder Association Conference. You can watch the Ryan Moss address here if you couldn’t attend. Together with the Little Giant team, we run a Live Ladder Safety interactive show every month, and they can be bespoke to your organisation’s safety needs.
- The second is some seasonal safety tips to help keep you safe when putting up and taking down those Christmas lights this holiday.
I wish you a Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy, and fulfilling year in 2023.
