In January, the TB Davies team took a trip to Utah for their annual summit with the team at Little Giant Ladders, one of the world’s leading suppliers of quality ladders and access equipment. This visit was to continue developing our relationship, discussing new products, creating initiatives, and examining ways to make working at height as safe as possible in 2023.
TB Davies and Little Giant Ladders have a shared mission to create innovative solutions that allow workers to work at height as safely as standing on solid ground. TB Davies is proud of its association with Little Giant since 2003, supporting each other in finding the best safety solutions for our customers. During this meet-up in January, we had some genuinely productive conversations about how our two organisations can achieve this together.

While there, the TB Davies team participated in a Little Giant Live TV production with a major UK customer. The studio facility Little Giant created during the pandemic is a fully equipped TV studio with 4K quality images and sound. It is a fantastic tool for customers to see ladders and steps up close. Patrick Gray, TB Davies Chairman and Managing Director, David Gray, and our Business Development Director Francis Camilleri, participated, together with team members back in Cardiff and host Kenyan Allen from Little Giant.
The discussions during the visit covered new product ideas, industry insights and safety initiatives. We were able to get an in-depth look at how Little Giant Ladders approaches workplace safety and learn more about their impressive product range – from the distinctive Hi-Viz reinforced fibreglass step ladders and multi-purpose ladders, as well as the aluminium range, which are perfect for challenging industrial projects.
Despite the gloom surrounding the industry, we expect 2023 to see launches of new, exciting products that challenge the currently available working-at-height products.
