April saw the Loft Ladder instructions for the EuroFold, EnviroFold, LuxFold, and FireFold get a comprehensive overhaul as we combined customer feedback with us joining the PEFC scheme to promote sustainable use of timber. We rewrote the instructions entirely to provide the user with a more straightforward set of instructions to follow and install a loft ladder with no experience in as short a time as possible, without the need for professional help. Each set of instructions now contains more images showing the precise steps. EuroFold has the largest number of steps to fit, whereas the top of the range LuxFold requires very little to do, as this loft ladder comes fully complete requiring the user to cut a hole in the ceiling and drop into position.

Joining the PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) helps us stick to our environmental policy of maximising everything we’re doing to help protect the environment. Our loft ladders will soon start shipping branded with PEFC logos.
